I’m a product designer of almost 10 years – and a designer of even more.
Born and raised in Uppsala, Sweden to Lebanese parents, I’ve always been surrounded by the diversity and colorfulness of cultures and languages. This sparked a strong curiosity for understanding what I don’t understand and how everyday things affect different people in different ways.
My first passion was in the arts. Having a pencil in hand was as natural as having fingers and I never stopped sketching. Gaining access to Photoshop at an early age through my father’s printing shop opened my eyes to the world of digital design, making me venture into graphic design, web design and later on UX and product design.
Having worked with design across Europe and Asia, I always aim to look at design through a multicultural lens. This has helped me in creating designs that are simple, timeless and crosses multiple cultural barriers.
