ICT – The Talking CCTV

I Create Town (ICT) was a project run by the National Information Society Agency (NIA) of Korea showcasing different strategies of how they are trying to improve quality of life and the safety of their citizens. The brief was to create several short clips that could in an easy and delightful way communicate these measures.

This section was showcasing CCTVs that work as video/audio monitoring systems, as well as a speaker system, prompting swift response to anything that might happen.

My involvement was the final illustration of keyframes, characters and backgrounds.
