ICT – Revitalising the Community

I Create Town (ICT) was a project run by the National Information Society Agency (NIA) of Korea showcasing different strategies of how they are trying to improve quality of life and the safety of their citizens. The brief was to create several short clips that could in an easy and delightful way communicate these measures.

In this part they’re promoting a way for members of a community to stay connected and helping each other in times of need. Such as elderly or children getting lost, through means of GPS and push notifications.

My involvement was the final illustration of keyframes, characters and backgrounds.
